1. Who we are
Canyons From Vegas ("we") is a booking service operated by Kalynda Ltd. We arrange tours that are run by independent, licensed tour operators ("the operator"). The operator is responsible for running the tour, including transport, flights, guides and safety. Contact: hello@canyonsfromvegas.com.
2. Booking requests
A request sent through our website is not yet a booking. We confirm availability, the departure time and the final price by email. Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may change with the date, season and group size.
3. Deposit and balance
Your booking is confirmed when you pay the deposit through the secure link in our confirmation email. The deposit is part of the total price. The balance (total price minus deposit) is paid directly to the operator on the day of the tour, unless your confirmation says otherwise.
4. Changes and cancellations by you
- Cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start: deposit refunded in full.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the start, and no-shows: the deposit is not refunded.
- Date changes are free when requested at least 72 hours ahead, subject to availability.
5. Cancellations by the operator and weather
The operator may cancel or change a tour for weather, safety or operational reasons. In that case you can choose a new date at no cost or a full refund of your deposit. We are not responsible for costs outside the tour itself, such as hotels or flights.
6. Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the confirmed pickup time and place, follow the operator's safety instructions, and tell us about any medical or mobility needs when you request. Helicopter and airplane tours may have weight and seating rules set by the operator.
7. Liability
The operator is responsible for the performance of the tour. Our responsibility is limited to arranging your booking with reasonable care and refunding deposits as described above.
8. Personal data
We use your details only to arrange your tour and share them only with the operator running it. See our privacy policy.
