How booking works
Four steps from request to canyon. You never pay before your tour, date and price are confirmed.
- Send a free requestChoose your tour, date and group size, and tell us where you're staying in Las Vegas. No card is needed. You get a reference number like CFV-7K3QX straight away.
- We confirm with the operatorWe check availability with the licensed local operator that runs your tour. Within 12 hours we email you the confirmed departure, pickup time and final price. If your date is full, we offer your backup date or the closest alternative.
- Pay a small depositThe email includes a secure payment link for the deposit shown on the booking page. Your seat is held once the deposit is paid, and the operator receives your booking with your reference number.
- Pay the balance on tour dayYou pay the rest directly to the operator, usually at check-in. The amount is the confirmed price minus your deposit, and it is written in your confirmation email.
Who runs the tours?
Tours are run by licensed tour operators based in Las Vegas, with their own vehicles, aircraft, insurance and guides. Canyons From Vegas handles your booking: we help you choose, confirm your seat, answer your questions before the trip and stay your point of contact if plans change.
What does the deposit cover?
The deposit secures your seat and covers our booking service. It is part of the total tour price, not an extra fee.
What if the weather cancels my tour?
If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you can move to another date at no cost or get your deposit refunded in full. See the booking terms.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Cancel at least 72 hours before your tour and your deposit is refunded. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded, because the seat has been held for you.
