What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, tour, date, group size, pickup hotel, preferred guide language and any notes you add. We also record the country your request came from. We do not store your IP address.
Why we use it
Only to arrange your tour: to confirm availability, send your confirmation and payment link, pass your booking to the operator and contact you about your trip.
Who we share it with
The licensed operator running your tour receives the details needed to run it. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to 24 months after your tour for customer service and accounting, then deleted.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
